Do any of you guys know what it means when woofers flex before playing. It happens when i change songs they'll pop without noise and as soon as the radio turns on. Weird....is my tuning off. its a ported box

If it pops when you change songs, it's most likely your headunit.

I think the HU is okay. I heard turn thump before and it doesn't sound like it. I know i didn't explain it right before, The woofers don't pop at all they move in and out once. It's a flex in the woofers! they move in and out once and then the song starts.  It's like when you tune/play with LPF the woofer starts moving irratically! i think thats the best i can describe it. When the woofers start to play it's fine. Do you guys think it's the slot plot?

Not likley the port.  if the woofer starts moving before the music there must be an issue else where.

Try dissconnecting there rvc, try input from different source.

Does your subwoofer amp have a Subsonic filter?  If so turn it on.

Turn the gain of the sub amp all the way down.  Does it still move when you change songs?  If no can you still achieve your desired listening level?
