1st I will start with my setup. I have 4 6x9 kickers in my back deck hooked up to a sony exploid 4 channel amp that amp is ran with a loc after the after amp the colors are re, white, and 2 that are a tan color. Ok that amp has been hooked up for a while running just fine. I have just purchased a kicker component set for the front and i had it running just off of the factory amp I have just purchase a kicker 200 watt amp to run the component set so i split the power wire with a distribution block ran a separate ground for the amp and ran a remote wire from the new amp to the same spot where the other amp is hooked up for remote. In the front door there is a wire harness with 4 wires so i took 2 of those wires and clipped them from the harness the color i used was tan and grey in the driver door and green and light green in the driver side door. I then went to the factory amp and found the same colors wires coming out and spliced in another loc ran rca jacks to my kicker amp and then i took those same colored wires that should be going back to the front doors and splice speaker wire from the amp to that spot so all should be good right? No when i turn it on it kills both of my amps any suggestions would be great when i unhook every thing the original amp and my 4 kicker 6x9 work great am i using the wrong wires for the loc or what there are two other colors in the front door harness should i try those i think they are for the factory tweeters in the door
