Just came across these online for the first time.   Anyone ever used one of these, and if so, did it work well?  It certainly seems like a good idea, considering the heat sink is usually spread out around/across the amp's entire surface.  Also, I can see how in some locations inside a vehicle, it would be the ONLY effective means of ventilation (i.e. under a seat).  I'm sure a bunch of companies make them, but this particular site has ones from Stinger and Lightning Audio.  Anyone have any thoughts on which one is better?

No but I know people that have used them in amp racks after having problems with regular fans. It dose a pretty good job stopped them from going into thermal protection mode in the summer months in California.
