i am using the pioneer p5700 and i have had a problem with my subs thumping and making horrible noises when the volume is all of the way down. M friend said it could be because my RCA's and my power wire is on the same side of my car. So i put my RCA's on the opposite side. But is STILL does it. Anyone got any ideas of what i can do besides kill myself?xx(

Turn the amplifier gain all the way down, then read and follow the "How to set your gain" and the "What is a proper ground" sticky threads in this forum.
