I have made a change to the low-end setup I was leaning towards in a previous post (https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=106903&KW=deegz97).

I will still use the Orion 275XTR bridged. I am now leaning towards a JL Audio 10w3 (https://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=24) or a 10w6(https://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=6). But, in your expert opinions, which one will be the better match??? Or does someone have another sub recommendation?

The sub will be in a sealed box inside a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeeps have fairly tight interiors so there should be no issue getting some good SQ bass to appear...

The W3 series are great sounding subwoofers, and very comparable to the sq of W6's.  However, the W6's have a lot more output potential than the W3's.  The question will be how much bass compared to the mid's/highs will you need for an sq system?
