I own a  2005 Ford Escape XLT. I just pull out the 6 disc changer stock head unit. And I made a dumb mystake and never disconnected the battery. Now i'm pretty sure that i just blew a fuse. But now nothing in the dash works including the stereo. And to make things worse I don't have any book or owners manual with this vehicle. There for i have no idea what fuse does what? And i can't say 100% that this is the actual problem. So any held that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

your gonna have to start physically looking. start with the fuse box under the hood.
