The 2003 subyrban has a class serial data lead at the radio so where is the easiest place to get ignition with out setting off the air bags?

Orange or Brown at the ignition harness.  They are the accessory wires for the ignition.

it's the brown wire at the ignition harness but remember to use fuse close to harness so you don't burn anything  plus is safer

Jack, don't you have some of those Metra adaptors? Or do I still have them? I believe you need a GMOS-01.

I gave you all the metra stuff I bought a swi-jack for the stering controls but the data lead would be nice Bob if you have one...
