Which one would work better for me...this is what I have installed in my BMW850csi:  Pioneer AVH-P6600 DVD head unit, Rockford Fosgate symetry EPX2 processor, Veratos horn tweeters with 8" drivers, 8" mid bass, Alpine 12" subs all powered by Pheonix Gold amps X 6.

Image Dynamics and USD use the dual mono 1/3oct Eq's and Crossover with time delay for your intended setup. The units are Rane Pro units converted to 12volts. The EPX has no time delay and the Eq section on the Alpine is limited.

Notice how few installs are being done with horns? Horns done correctly are incredible. Done poorly, they are painful and a huge waste of time and money. If you have the proper test gear, time and expertise go for it. Not a setup for everyone.
