This is a silly question but, Which would be louder if they are all using identical boxes... sealed at approx. 1.25ft^3... One 12w3 or Two 12w0's(two boxes for the w0's)?  The W3 seems like it actually might be louder because it is a stronger(much stronger) speaker than the w0 but it would be two 12s not one.

If the two w0's are going to produce more sound, sealed vs. sealed boxes, will a ported box with approx 2.5 ft^3 at arround 30hz for the 12w3d2 be louder than the 2 w0's in the sealed 1.25ft^3 boxes?

If I am asking a question that is not answerable without specifially testing it, please let me know also.

Well, since you can easily gain 6dB's with a properly built ported box, and because the W3 is a better sub, i'd go that route.

Well... I already have all three subs, I have the w3 in a sealed 1.25ft^3 enclosure right now, and its just not as loud as I want or can handle.  The only bad thing is that I am doing this in a regular cab 97 F150 which means I don't have boocoos(sp?) of room to do this in.

That box will not fit into my truck.  I have a limited amount of space that I can use.

Have you tried entering the values (in red) to fit your available space? It is a Flash program. You enter the dimensions (red) and tweek until you get 1. the correct internal volume and 2. the correct tuning frequence.

Well that makes a difference.  I didn't realize that it was a Flash program.  So you think that this will be louder than 2 sealed boxes?

If you can give the sub enough airspace a decent tuning, I do believe so.
