can anyone suggest a VERY HIGH QUALITY,  line out that can handle the power of a (bose) factory  subwoofer. Preferably something simple. Ideally not something high end like an LC6 or cleansweep. This specific question is in regard to an '09 cadillac CTS, just adding an amp/sub.

Most Bose sub amps do not put out tons of voltage.  They usually use 1 Ohm or 2 Ohm drivers.  This will allow a decent amount of power with out a lot of voltage.  Pac-audio.com   PAC makes a line out converter for higher power systems.  It is known as an SNi-35.  It will definitely handle the power of the system.

Scosche also makes a nice series rated at 80 watts. -------------Support the12volt.com
