does anyone know how to get the E3 code off of my amp...this code said in the manual, that the amp is in shut down mode...due to excess current, now I installed the amp yesterday,no problems...then today,I was messing with all of the modes...setting up crossovers,etc...then the amp just shut off,r went into protect mode...I have ma audiu 4 channel amp, plus a 3 farret cap...any idea of what I can do....I am getting 13.7 to 14 volts at the amp....when the car is running, and you turn the stereo on you can hear the car idle go up for a second????please help,I am about to throw this amp in the trash

What did you attach to the amp?

due to excess current        not a good thing.

plus a 3 farret cap       beware, farret's have sharp teeth!
