I recently installed two Rockford Fosgate Amplifiers,T600s in my car.  One is power the front Rockford fosgate component sets and the other the rear, with a 1000wt Rockford powering my to RF subs.  Since installation there has been a horrible white noise, even when the volume is down.  Its not alternator whine, as it doesnt change with the revving of the engine, its just...well...white noise...Any assistance in quelling this would be greatly appreciated.  The T600s are in HP mode, Just FYI
At full volume...the system sounds absolutely amazing...especially for movies..the surround sound is out of this world.

Have you tried turning the gains down?

Yes, and maybe setting the gain correctly?  Read the "How to set your gain" sticky.
