battery draining problems

i got a system with a power acoustik BAMF 5500 watt monoblock powering 2 12" pioneer premier 3000s and my battery drains like crazy after hittin a few notes all the way past the quarter mark. i got it hooked up to a power acoustik 600 amp capcell, but it still drains. should i upgrade my alternator first, get a separate battery for the system, or both? looking for some insight.
