im  adding a amp to a 2005 pontiac g6. the person wants to keep the stock radio. my question is were do i get 12 volts from for the remote turn on wire. i tried the fuse box and nothing works form there. the person doesnt want me to splice into the ingtion wire

The Trunk-LOC is the same as the SNI-35 below but with a low voltage trigger built into it. The low voltage circuit senses voltages as low as 0.8 volts and gives you a 12 volt output with a one second delay.
• Trigger off of speaker leads or +5 volt remote wires.
• Remote turn on for aftermarket amplifiers in vehicles without a factory remote wire.
• Eliminates turn on pops in amplifiers.
