hey i have a 09 jeep wrangler comes with stock sub/amp but i added my own with a lineout converter everything works, but the sub is hardly getting any power at all and it seems like no matter the volume 10-30 the power of the sub stays the same, i have the gain on my amp all the way up because the less i make it the weaker the sub gets and my frequency is set at about 80

Where did you connect the LOC?

i connected it to the back of the headunit where all the wires come in to the harness... there were 4 wires on the LOC so i connected them to the 4 corresponding wires going to the HU

Try connecting it to the OEM subwoofer - to the speaker.
