hello everyone,so after checking the output of the tweeter output from the XR525 CSpxo crossover on the passenger side, I have concluded that the tweeter output is bad, the sub output seems to be working fine.so where can I get a new one?eBay has some used and new, but I dont need a new component set, nor do I really want a "gently" used set, i just need one crossover.whats my best option here?also, this system was installed about 3 years ago, but after just recently searching for a new crossover, i realized that, the woofer is a 6.5 inch, but the crossover i have is an XR525. Can anyone confirm that this crossover is also used in the XR650 component set, or does the 6.5 inch component sub use an XR650 model crossover, if there is such a model of XR crossovers. did you follow me ?? haha.for your perusal, I will post some links;this is a link to the discontinued XR series https://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_components_pages.php?page_id=232this is a link to a used setup https:////JL-Audio-5-1-4-Component-spkrs-XR525-Cx_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1205Q7c66Q3a2Q7c65Q3a12Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem180322876726QQitemZ180322876726QQptZCarQ5fSpeakers

Have you thought about taking it apart and looking for a bad solder joint or a broken leg on a component inside the crossover?

no, not yet, it was cold outside, and all i had the will to do was check voltages and resistances. i wish i knew what component to check for.

Look for the component with the broken leg or the bad solder joint.  How many components could there be?
