I have a mtx thunder8 1000d 2 channel and 1 kicker L7 dvc square sub, is there any way to bridge this amp to 1 sub because there is no diagram or info on bridging this amp in the manual( would it be safe to run 1 channel to each voice coil.

That is a 1 channel amplifier. It is stable down to 2 ohms. If your speaker is a dual 4 ohm driver, then you can connect one voice coil to each set of terminals. If it is a dual 2 ohm driver you will need to wire the voice coils in series.
