I want to built speaker box with three 10 inches Octane-R High Excursion Subwoofers. The spec is .4 cubic ft. Want to built box without divider inside and sealed box. I want the box smaller as possible. Do I have to calculate 3 woofer X .4 cubic ft to built a box?

1: Yes.
2: BAD idea. You need to put dividers in there. If one woofer to become disconnected, it will be destroyed in very short order by the other two's pressure wave.
------------- It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

In addition to what haemphyst stated dividers act as bracing for the box very important.......dont forget to calculate displacment for the dividers.
