after doing a little research for my 08 ford focus sedan, and wanting to keep as much trunk space as possible, here is what i came up with. let me know thoughts, opinions and any suggestions you might have. thanks
My system - Factory HU - for now. I hate that dash pod but cant deal with it being blank
Front door speakers – Infinity Kappa 682.9cf
Rear door speakers – Infinity Kappa 682.9cf
Amplifier – JL Audio G4500
Sub(s) and box – Boston Acoustics G510RS
Subwoofer amplifier – Kicker 08ZX400.1
Also considering a one amp setup - Alpine PDX-5

i strongly recommend a power acoustic fubar 10, if you want to stick with tens...it will out-hit the boston acoustics. and if you built your own box you could use a ma audio 12" xq series and build a box at 1.2-1.5 cubic ft interior. this will sound even better. also if you want to save some money go for a sony 1000w amp at your local walmart hah. sounds cheap but they are ultra reliable and durable and also sound very good, all for just 100$ your ps3 is sony..remember.
