2001 Chevy Tahoe with optima red top. When my bass hits and I have on the air my voltage drops to like 12 or 1. Should I get a high output alternator. If so how many amps?

yeah a new alternator would do the trick. what are the fuse ratings of your amps? add them together and add another 80-100 amps and thats about the output of the alternator you should get
