I have an Avalanche with a behind the seat single 12 box that is sealed and around 1.2 cf.  Due to circumstances I've narrowed the sub choice down to MTX TT6512-02 and the RF P3SD212.  From what I can tell, all things are the same...size, price, power handling.  The only thing different is the MTX is a 4 ohm SVC, and the RF is a 2 ohm DVC.  If I get the RF I'll wire it so it's 4 ohm.  The amp I'm running is Elemental Designs NINe.2x, I'll run it 1x600 watt @ 4 ohm.

I searched and found nothing!  If you have any experience with either let me know.

ive done the mtx shallows before they knock,!!! i also have done the kicker cvts the mtx are better, they give a better bass tone, ive done them in a few avalanches and crew cabs, they wor awesome and they handle power because of their spider plateu venting design, i would go with the mtx, besides if you blow them which i doubt youll be backed up by the mtx warranty.

Haven't heard the mtx or rockford slim subs.  I have heard the kickers and the pioneers.  I was pretty happy with the pioneers, not so much with the kickers.
