I have a 15" DVC Fusion woofer & 700 Interfire 4/3/2 chn.amplifier. I don't know much of DVC,I would like to know if I could bridge the amp 2 chanel & connect each chanel to a voice coil of one woofer

If the voice coils are 4 or 8 ohms each, then yes you can. If it is a dual 2 ohm coil, you probably should not.
Above is assuming that the amp is 2 ohm stereo stable. If by chance it is a 1 Ohm stereo stable amp. (chances are it is not) then you can do it even if the coils are 2 ohms each.
We really need to know more about your amp to be able to help you.
My freind all you have to do is figure out at what impediance does your amp push the most watts and wire the sub accordingly https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=22 once you have the sub wired the way you want it wired take the positve wire coming out of the speaker and connect it to one channel with the positive symbol and the negative lead connect to neggative on the other channel with a negative symbol.

Wll, I just want to install 1 single 4ohm woofer, but the amp I have is like I mentioned 4/3/2 channel... So should I just connect the Positive of the woofer to 1 channel positive of theamp. and the negative of the woofer to the negative of the other cahnnel of the amp...?

If it is a Dual voice coil 4 ohm per coil woofer, You can bridge 2 channels on one coil and bridge the other 2 channels on the other coil.
