What do you intend to do with this 4 channel amp?

-------------
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

To apmplify 4 speakers :P In a chevy Cavalier 98 with aftermarket speakers. But i got an unused 2 Channels amplifier.. so i was thinking to buy only a 2 channels amplifier (Less expensive) and both will amplify 2 speakers each.

To amplify 4 aftermarket speakers.  Well that's a ton of information.  Then if those speakers are so worthless they are not given names, I suggest you look into the Profile selection of fine amps.

Front: 2x Pioneer TS-G4642R
Rear: 2x Nextar NSP690CT

Useless Amplifier : Pyle PLAD212
HU: Sony XPLOD CDX GT220

The one and the only RCA output on the HU is used for my sub. My plan is to use Line output converter for the front and rear.

Yep, get a Profile which should be easy enough to find in your budget.  Look for warranty protection.

Use a separate, brand name (like Peripheral) LOC...not the high level converter built into the amp.

But better, use the line level (one and only) RCA from the deck for both sub and the four speakers.  Amplifiers generally have a full range pass thru, so you should be able to run the RCA to the sub amp and pass the full range signal through to the four channel amp.  Set crossover settings on the amps, not the deck, which means run the deck output full range.

And what do you think if i use a amplifier like the Pioneer GM-3300T or Clarion APX2120 with the PLAD212... It will cost me like only 80$

The field's pretty much wide open and most of what you get is manufactured at similar Chinese factories anyway.  Tell you what, you make a choice and install everything with great care to detail.  Use this site for additional info.  Then come back and tell us what you think about your choices.
