im wondering when connect 3 8in kicker compvr to my memphis 500.1 amp i run in series to get 2 ohm load will memphis amp blow 3 subs 200(rms)

No it will not blow the subs unless you drive it into clipping. https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~85479~PN~1 use this thread as a good reference for setting your gain correctly.
