I have a boat and am hooking up a new sound system.  I have two amps (Kicker ZX350.4 to run 4- 6 1/2"Polk Audio MM6501UM Speakers and a MTX Jackhammer JH300 1 channel to run a 10" MTX Audio TR5510-04 Sub).  I am using my existing radio (Ran out of Money) and it has 4 speaker wire channels.  My question is how would I hook up 4 speakers and a sub with two amps with a radio that only supplies 4 channels.

Uh, you don't.  You use the line-level (RCA) outputs or an LOC if it doesn't have those.

So are you saying that my only option is to go and buy a new deck that has 5 channels and they are all RCA jacks?

No, if your current head unit does not have RCA outputs then you need to buy a set of LOCs (line-output converters) to convert your speaker outputs to RCA line-level signals.

2 Line out converters into the 4 channel amp and use the output jacks of the 4 channel amp to provide signal for the sub amp.
