just got new amp for subs so i have a punch 550.2 how would you recommend using it for a rear deck set-up mids and highs ect.

02 cavalier, alpine 9851,clarion pro tweeters,planet audio 6.5,clarion cross-overs in doors,r-f 6x9,running off alpine 50x4, 2 fusion power-plant 12's running off us amp md1d,big 3 done, and a yellow top, getting a new alt soon

Switch the crossover from LP to HP and go for it.

thanks, 6x9's or comp.6.5 or 8's i'm looking to get good mid-range.can you run 4 smaller speakers off a 2 channel amp?

you can but why dont u sell it and get a 4 channel amp and power all 4 speakers

size has nothing to do with how many speakers you can put on an amp. is your amp rates for 2ohm stereo? if it is and your speakers are all 4 ohm speakers then you can run 4 speakers from that amp.
