Hi, A question I often encounter in northern alberta (Truck Country) is" which deck won't skip when I be headin out to dem rigs boi, my truck she hits some rough roads, which is the best skip resistant deck?". Now as far as i Know there is no deck out there (other than the old school radio cassette decks and strictly Ipod alpines) that is 100% skip roof so when the next rig guy comes in and asks, how can I answer that is there statistics or should I just base off personal expierence?

i live around New Orleans and the streets here are pretty rough in some areas, i destroyed a tire and rim of my truck on a pot hole, thats how rough the streets can get around here. i dont think ive ever heard my clarion skip, EVER. its one of their more high end radios but the skip protection is awesome
