Ok so i have two mtx amps and two infinity 12" subs. All my wiring is correct and my fuzes are all fine. I turn on my car and i get audio from speakers but my subs do not turn on.   The amp light does not light up. My power and ground are for sure fine. Please help

Did you check you power and ground with a volt meter? If so how many volts was it reading? Did you check your remote wire to verify it is sending 12 volts?

either you dont have 12v at your power and remote terminal or you dont have a good ground. check your wires with a volt meter if you dont have power on the power wire then check your main fuse it could be a loose connection or it could be blown. those glass cylinder fuses can be blown and not look blown so you should check the voltage at both ends of the fuse holder, if the voltage is different from one side of the fuse to the other then you have a bad fuse.

make sure the ground is tight and that it is screwed or bolted to bare metal with no paint.

ya i checked all those and they were fine....thanks for the help though guys someone broke into my car and took my subs box and amp but left my deck......People today :(

So......    the amp NOT turning on isn't really a problem?
