so i had a customer come in yesterday with a dual xdvd8181 flipout screen. he asked if i could install the iplug auxiallry for him. so i pull in out to drill the hole in the pocket to run the rca. after everything was done put it back together turn it on and a code screen pops up. i try 1234, 0000 and then it lockes up. i pulld it back apart and and unplugged it. a couple minutes later put it back together get the code screen again. turns out customer bought car like that and has no idea what the code is. i called tech support but because we dont have a dealer account with dual they say they cant give us help. understandable. so is there anyone out theere that can

We can't give codes. It is in the rules. Seriously. It's not that we DON'T want to help you out, but:
