Basic info: 1995 Integra, 600w MTX Thunder, 12" Bassworx 500RMS, 4 gauge wiring.

My system stopped working and today I decided to take a look, the fuse running off the power had broken, so I replaced it (it's glass, had problems with budget plastic ones). Instantly the new fuse blew, it is 50 amps, my amplifier takes 3 25 amp fuses. To be honest I'm pretty clueless as what to do, I search for related topics and am probably using the wrong keywords. Any help is appreciated.

Remove all fuses from your amplifier.  Insert the fuse back into the fuse holder.  If it blows, your power wire is touching ground somewhere.  If it does not blow, your amp is broken.

If the fuses in the amp are OK, then the problem is definitely with your power cable. The fuses would blow if the amp had a fault.
