Need an opinion: which should produce better sound quality: Kenwood BT742 or eXcellon X493?

A client wants one of these and asked my opinion which would sound better.  My gut tells me the eXcellon even though the model number is lower.  Any guidance out there?

The eXcelon has the better sound quality.   The 742 is base series 4 deck with BT built in.
