Is there a Low Pass Filter on your amp or radio? May be labeled LPF.

idk it didnt say anythin of the amp its a ...sound storm f2800..

Go outside to your car and look at the end of the amp that contains the RCA jacks. Is there a switch that may have the following selections written near it: HPF/LPF/FULL? While out there, also look for a rotary knob with markings like this near it. All the way to the left of the knob, 20 and all the way to the right, maybe 200,250 or 500.
