ok i got two 4 ohm subs and i neeb both of them to run off 1 channel at a 4 ohm    load

Not going to happen.  8 Ohms will be your only option.

Option 2 (series) = 8 ohm load
Speakers wired in series
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono

so how much power will it have ..   at 4 ohms it 700watts

Theoretically 350 watts.  But probably around 400 with that amp.

my amp can run 2 ohm unabridged       so could it run 2 ohms bridged
