Want to add after-market tachometer to my 2006 Ford Focus 2.0L SE stick shift.  Have heard that there are 3 possible choices.  #1 Buy a used Ford factory instrument panel with tach included.  Buy a AutoMeter tach and their adapter.  #3 Buy TWO MSD Igniton adapters which will work with any tach.  Has anyone tried any of these?

Get an Autometer and you should be able to use the injector signal for the input for the tach.
