So here's the deal I decided to build a box for a 12in solo x because it would cost me around the same amount to get a min spec box for it that would be half the size. So im going to use 1 inch mdf wood i want to make
6 ft3 (170L) + port displacement, Fb=45Hz
Port: 60 in2 (387cm2) area x 6” (15.2cm) long
Power Handling = 2000W Peak
since that's what kicker says is the best one to do.
I have a big trunk depth wise but i can only do 16in highx30inwidthx??dept
how much should the dept be with the displacement of the port of the box??? Also how far back should the port go? the width of the port is going to be 3 inches??

do you intend to listen to music daily or is this for SPL purposes?
