I see a lot of our members catching flack about their equipment.  Just wanted to show you all what they are talking about when they say "Poor Build Quality"  All of the equipment we deal with is subject to the worse possible conditions for electronic equipment.  Vibration is the enemy.  The following pictures are of an amp that I am repairing.  I did not remove the amp from the heat sink, I have no idea of the quality of the solder connections on the bottom of the board.  I am hoping it looks a lot better than the top of the board.

The top picture is of a high current trace on the board.  Notice the size of the 2 jumpers.  I really don't see a good connection on either of the 4 connections.

The amp is brand new and is already having intermittent power problems.  Imagine that.

Sorry about the previous post, I wasn't sure if I was able to post or not, and since I am a " rookie" I cant delete my post.
So there is a message stuck with the letter U haha,

Anyways... that's pretty interesting to see, I had similar issues with my amp, and It didn't take long before the capacitors in my case broke off, especially if your driving on bumpy roads, or the bass itself can rattle them off posted_image
