05 mustang gt with shaker 1000 stereo. My problem occurs both with or without speed-volume applied. When sitting at an idle and the volume's set at a normal volume, the volume diminishes to a lower volume as I accel from idle and stays until I come back to a stop and idle again. The volume climbs again slowly back to where it was at the previous idle/stop period.  Would this be a radio or car computor problem? I did fully charge my battery and raise the idle speed up slightly with my performance programer just incase the charging voltage was falling off at idle. It had no effect. This radio was already warrantied by Ford once for CD's skipping. Replaced radio performed fine for a year. No warranty left. Wondering if a repair shop would have any luck at fixing this problem. Thanks for any replies.

I believe that's so that you can enjoy the sound of the engine during thrust.  Well, just maybe?  Maybe think about upgrading to aftermarket and not have to deal with that OEM engineering.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

It's a Ford radio, it comes from the factory broken. Swap to an aftermarket and your problems should be resolved.
