Howdy,
been lurking for a long time, got a lot of info in the past from searching posts but nothing this time around.

I bought a Pioneer p3100dvd and tried to install it in my 2002 F-350 SD. The gap around the head unit and the dash looks horrible. I got a schoche harness adapter and things went together smooth except that it does not fit well and i'm lost on what i can do to make it look right.
Any ideas are appreciated. will add a pic as soon as I can get my camera charged.

Never needed one before so, not at this time. I'm thinking i'd make one with some 16 gauge steel, my wire welder so It can be bolted to the metal inner dash frame.

I have the wiring kit, soooo much easier.  I spoke w/ an install guy at Bestbuy where i bought it, yeah i know... but he said they don't have much for that stereo for my double din set up.

Do you know of any that might work?

I will have my camera back so i'll post some pics around 5 or so 2nite.

It is a custom fabrication job on that year of F350 to do a double din. Time to break out the abs, bondo and paint to make it look good.
