I just installed a pioneer head unit and i am trying to set the crossover frequencies but dont know how. I have 2 amps 1 for my highs and one for the sub. what should my LPF and HPF be set at.

Sub 80hz, highs the same if they can handle it. Best thing to do is watch your speakers while playing the music. You should notice what the settings are doing to the speakers by site and sound. Best to sound test separately, high/low. You may find out that you know best what your settings should be.
