I am going to be putting 2 kicker l7's in my jeep. I had these in my chevy for a while and felt like they were to much for it. They will be pushed by a kicker zx1000.1 amp The subs are 4ohm and a buddy gave me another kicker l7 sub he had but that one is 2ohm. I was planning on connecting the subs in series. My questing is can I connect the 2 4ohm subs and the 1 2ohm sub together in series?

Can you? Sure. Should you? No. You won't gain anything by doing that and indeed will potentially cut the power output from your amp by half.

Leave the odd sub out of your install. Although it is certainly possible to put them all together, the odd sub will receive twice the power as either of your other two.

Two of that model sub, with a properly big enclosure, is ample for a vehicle. Build your enclosure to maximize output, wire your subs to 2 ohm, and enjoy. You'll still have a 2 ohm sub for trading.
