 I picked up to sets of tweeters from a auto salvage yard.I am putting a little system in a 1988 coucar that I am fixing up for my son.The head unit is a pioneer deh-p4800mp,,with a gex-p920xm tuner.! set is a delco 16145456,the other is delco 16206036.They both have capacitor on them ,should I remove them or leave as is.The tweeters came out of cadillac devilles.

If you are asking about removing the capacitor, leave them.  They are the crossover component that blocks the lower frequencies that would destroy the tweeters.
