You can not damage a speaker with too little power.

Ok. Thanks. While I'm at it how well do you think two 2 kickers cvr124s will hit with about 150-200 rms hooked up to it

under powering a speaker alone wont blow it, but what kills speakers is when you turn the gain on the amp all the way up to compensate for a lack of power.

I second that, uderpowering a driver will not hurt it but distorting it will. I have blown a couple with less rms than recommended.

Wrong answer. You have not blown the woofer for that reason. You have blown the woofer by making the amplifier try to make power beyond it's RMS rating, causing the AVERAGE power to go beyond the RMS rating of the driver.
