This is a trick question, isn't it?  You can not bridge a 1 channel amplifier.  Bridging an amp is taking 2 separate channels and combining them in a manner to have a one channel output.  That is what you have.

It depends on the impedance of the speakers, also we need to know if they are single or dual voice coil drivers.  And it would help to know the minimum safe operating impedance of the amplifier.   Make and model of the speakers and the amplifier would also help a bit.

1: I'm lost... There is SO MUCH MISSING, that I cannot even tell what the complete question is...

2: He did mention specifically that it was a two cnhannel amplifier. 1250 watts, to be precise.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

I'll handle this fellas, NO silverado, its not possible to bridge subs. Our idiot mentioned the only bridging method I know of.

"Bridging an amp is taking 2 separate channels and combining them in a manner to have a one channel output."

If you want to know what your attempting to ask: post this info-

"It depends on the impedance of the speakers, also we need to know if they are single or dual voice coil drivers. And it would help to know the minimum safe operating impedance of the amplifier.   Make and model of the speakers and the amplifier would also help a bit."
