i was wondering what speaker size should i use? i tried out a 24 gauge for my rear speakers, and they sounded great. would it make a difference if i got bigger speaker wires? btw, all terminal can take up to 8 gauge.

it doesnt have any crossovers or any settings that amps do have now a days, it only has a gain. should i get a crossover? an equalizer? i have an ida-x200, would i be fine just setting everything from there? or should i get a new headunit, any suggestions? i know this is alot im asking, but id appreciate it for a 2nd opinion. thank you very much for your time.

Read page 11 and the surrounding pages in the manual for the amp.  https://www.rockfordfosgate.com/scripts/rightnow.cfg/php.exe/enduser/fattach_get.php?p_sid=xWx*c5Dj&p_tbl=9&p_id=372&p_created=1084295040   Also look at page 17 and surrounding pages.

Should I keep my IDA-X200 or get a new deck??  That is a question that only YOU can answer.  Do you have an I-Pod?    Do you wish you had a CD mechanism so you can play your friends CDs when you are out?   If you are going to ship me the IDA-X200, well sure you can use a new deck.

I use 16 gauge for about everything. Unless you are running gobs
power over 15 feet. 24 gauge is too small IMO. Don't waste your
money on the Monster crap or fancy marketing stuff. 16/2 lamp cord is more than adequate.

i used 24 gauge for the rear and they sounded fine. but the fronts im worrying, b/c the longer and smaller size they are, i lose voltage and power right?so 16 gauge for all interior speakers?
