Vintage Amp, Hi-Comp HCB-865 Wiring?

Hey guys

I have an old HI-COMP amp from way back when. It's a 2 channel bridgeable 65 watt x 2 deal.

Model HCB-865  

I have scoured everywhere trying to find the manual both on line and everywhere in my house / garage. No Luck. This is an old style that has speaker wires coming out that you hook up instead of terminals.... The Left / right and + / - stickers that were on the leads are missing and I'm trying to put this thing back into action in a Jeep...

My question is.....Is there any way to electrically figure out which lead is which? I'd rather not hook it up wrong or possibly damage my speakers. My intention is to bridge it to one output to run a single sub that sits inside the factory console.

Any help would be great.

Using an Ohm meter, set to the lowest Ohm scale if it is not an auto ranging meter.  Of the 4 speaker wires there will be 2 wires that are connected together.  Very near 0 Ohms.  Once you find these 2 wires, they are not the bridge wires.  The other 2 wires are the bridge wires.  If this is the only amp and sub you are installing, it will not make that much difference as to which is positive and which is negative.     If you do not have a meter, take the cover off of the amplifier, the bridge wires are the 2 wires that go to the area near the output transistors.  The 2 non bridge wires both go to a central location.
