every time i change the radio station, turn the volume from 0 to 1, or change a song i hear a popping noise coming from my rear speakers. at this time, my rear speakers were powered by my deck only; and my front speakers were not powered because they were connected to my 4 channel amp which wasnt powered on at the time (it was getting dark, had to discontinue); also at the time of "poppingness", all 3 pairs of RCA's were used (mono amp and from my 4 channel amp). when all 4 speakers were powered by headunit only, this never happen before. id appreciate it if anyone can help me out. thanks.

Did you check the shields and confirm that they are actually open? Any inline fuse holder will work just fine.
