HI I have four Pioneer Premiers PIONEER PREMIER VCCS PRO SUB TS-W1041C (400W RMS) and I have two in two tubes and Two , I want to know what would sound better (louder) a bandpass or a sealed box. My amps are One Bazooka El 1500 to each Subs.

bandpass enclosures are almost always more efficient than sealed enclosures, and therefore will give you more output using the same amount of input power.  The tradeoff is they are not as accurate and usually are "boomy" but some people like this type of sound anyways.

I think those subs are designed for use in small sealed enclosures so that's probably what I would go with.  You can't really go wrong with sealed boxes it's just sometimes you need to put a lot of power into the subs to get a lot of output, but I think with those amps you won't have much of a problem getting some good loud bass.

That is fine as long as the amount of space falls within this estimate.

sealed box volume 1.0-1.1 cubic feet / sub
ported box volume 1.1-1.3 cubic feet / sub

if i may ask, what type of vehicle will you be putting these subs in. usually a bandpass box in a large, open vehicle will not be very loud where you will be listening to it. Also, if you put the bandpass box in the trunk of a small car, it is more than likley going to make EVERYTHING rattle if it is not properly secured. in the end, this is what i would do, going with my experience (however limited):

small surrounding area = larger sealed boxes with lots of power
large, open surrounding area = bandpass boxes with moderate power
