I am looking for some suggestions on which amp would be best for pushing 2 10" kicker solobaric subs (model# 02S10L54 )(900 watts peak 450 RMS each), thanks.

Depends how much money you want to spend...

I'd suggest two RF Power 500bd's, 1 for each sub at a 2ohm load. By your model number, you've got 2 4ohm DVC's. I'm sure there are many amps out there that can go 1 ohm stable, but they are usually very expensive.

I love those JBL bp amps.  They put out a whole bunch of power and are easily 1 ohm stable.  And yes they are relatively inexpensive if you get them from ebay, just make sure you know who your'e buying from and you should be okay.
