i was just looking over the specs of the cerwin vega stroker 2000.1 amp and it says it has class GH topology.  can anyone tell me what is class gh when it comes to amplifiers. how is it different from class D?

They are class A/B amplifiers that use a class D power supply.  More efficient than class A/B, less efficient than class D.

I repaired one of those a few weeks ago.  Looked like a class d amp to me.

thanks for the answer. so as far as the output goes would that make the amp better or worse overall compared to a normal class D amp. is it supposed to sound better than a class D but loses some efficiency?
