Does your radio have both front and rear RCA jacks?

Do you have an aftermarket stereo or factory?

Usually i just run RCA's from the deck to the amp. And then run speedwire from the amp back to the deck and catch all my speakers there.

If it has front and rear outputs, using 2 stereo patch cords, connect the front output of the radio to the front input jacks of the amplifier.  Then connect the rear outputs of the radio to the rear inputs of the amplifier.  Cut the speaker wires from the radio where it connects to the harness.  Insulate the wires that come from the radio.  Extend the wires on the harness long enough to reach the amplifier.  Connect the appropriate speaker wire to the appropriate channel of the amplifier.
